Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to provide on-site administrative, facility and project support to the organization with a primary focus on support of our Aurora Colorado office, as well as remote support to our King of Prussia office and their staff. Responsibilities will be varied and will provide an opportunity for interaction with employees across the entire business unit.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate customer meetings to include booking conference rooms, initiating visitor badge entry requirements and managing catering arrangements
  • Manage logistics for employee meetings to include meeting notices, AV and/or facilities support, attendance and catering
  • Schedule travel arrangements for the team, including expense report preparation and submittal.
  • Procurement related duties to including ordering and stocking department office supplies, assisting in the procurement of other needed materials, reviewing workflows and expediting approval
  • Support facility-related activities such as coordinating contractor visits and repairs and managing deliveries
  • Support for security-related activities such as monitoring security cameras and conducting periodic security checks
  • Track budgets and provide updates
  • Other duties as assigned across the site

Required Qualifications

  • 5 years of work experience, to include a minimum of 2 in a corporate administrative assistant capacity
  • Knowledge of all Microsoft office tools (Outlook, Power Point, Excel, Word)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to draft and edit communications and presentations to ensure clarity, grammatical correctness, and in the case of presentation, visual effectiveness
  • Ability and willingness to work onsite 5 days/week
  • Strong collaboration skills with the willingness to support other areas of the company as needs arise and get involved in site-wide initiatives in support of our employees
  • Willingness to run errands when required for things like food pickup, delivery drop off, office supplies, etc.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Security Clearance

Pay Range: $23.00/hr - $28.00/hr

Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience.

This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee routinely is required to use hands to keyboard, communicate, listen to, and interpret instructions and remain stationary for extended periods of the time.
