What You'll Do:
Provide Expert Advice: Serve as a subject matter expert on all deposit and loan products, as well as electronic/mobile offerings.
Engage with Members: Engage with members via video and remote channels, providing needs-based consultations.
Open Accounts and Process Loans: Open new accounts, process loan applications, and review loan decisions with members.
Assist with Technology: Help members navigate self-service technology like online/mobile banking and bill pay.
Analyze and Educate: Utilize sales tracking systems and member data to analyze engagement and educate members.
Handle Transactions: Process member transactions via video, phone, mail, and fax.
Cross-Sell Products: Promote and cross-sell products and services, including loans and third-party affiliates.
Provide Exceptional Service: Ensure members are promptly and professionally assisted.
Maintain Confidentiality: Keep all member and employee information confidential.
What We're Looking For:
Experience: Three to five years of related experience, including at least one year in a call center at a credit union or financial institution.
Education: Associate's Degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and rotating Saturdays.
Knowledge: Working knowledge of credit union products and services, or the ability to learn quickly.
Technical Skills: Experience with Data Verity, Better Lobby, Meridian Link & Symitar (preferred).
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Lending Knowledge: Strong knowledge of lending products, deposit products, electronic services, and interest rates.
Certification: FICEP certification (to be completed after hire).
Schedule:
Monday-Friday: 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Rotating Saturdays: 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
