Adecco is seeking enthusiastic and efficient Line Managers to join our client's team for the upcoming convention in San Diego, CA - Monday 7/21/25 - Sunday 7/28/25. Line Managers will provide excellent customer service, and assist guests with event-related tasks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has a passion for pop culture, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment. **Key Responsibilities:** + Greet guests with a friendly and professional demeanor. + Manage event lines accurately and efficiently. + Collaborate with event staff to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction. + Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly. + Maintain knowledge of event details, pricing, and promotions. **Qualifications:** + Customer service experience preferred. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Passion for pop culture, and conventions. + Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends. + Ability to stand for extended periods. **Perks:** + Hourly pay starts at $17.50+ DOE. + Opportunity to work in a dynamic and exciting environment. + Ability to attend event programing during breaks or off shift hours.
