About the Role

KITSCH is currently looking for a talented and dynamic Photo Editor to join our Creative team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in designing a wide variety of compelling visuals for both digital and offline media, aiming to inspire and captivate audiences .

The ideal candidate will possess a strong eye for customer-focused visuals, be highly detail-oriented and organized, and have extensive knowledge of photo retouching . This role requires a dynamic self-starter who can deliver brilliant creative concepts and ideas with exceptional attention to detail .

 

What will be your responsibilities?

• Retouch and edit photographs to achieve a consistent look and feel.
• Remove blemishes, imperfections, and distractions from images.
• Enhance colors, contrast, and brightness to improve image quality.
• Work with photographers and designers to ensure images meet project requirements.
• Use software such as Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom to edit and retouch images.
• Meet tight deadlines and deliver high-quality work.

What are we looking for in you?

• Education
  • Degree in Photo, Art, Design or an equivalent Degree related to the job.
• Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in Photo Retouching in a Marketing environment.
• Required Skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Photo Editing skills with Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Digital environment, including Files, Formats, Tools, Software, and Best Practices.
  • Experience and knowledge of trends in the Beauty Industry.
• Desired Skills
  • Experience with AI.

  • Teamwork skills
  • Organization skills: Ability to meet deadlines on a daily basis and multitask in a very fast-paced environment.
  • Strong time management: Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
