It is all computerized so you basically log into your computer and log into the clients systems and the calls will come directly to your phone line or computer headset!
You answer as if you are in a call center! It's a pretty cool concept. Customers are happier because they can speak to someone that they can understand and it gives people that can't work outside the home or need flexibility an opportunity to make a living!

Hello Flex Work LLC specializes in providing remote customer service opportunities for individuals seeking to work from home while handling inbound calls and delivering exceptional customer service. In this role, you will enjoy a wide array of work from home opportunities.
You can select from various inbound call opportunities, including but not limited to cruise lines, tax companies, roadside assistance, vacation trips, theme parks, healthcare services, retail, and banking. Our competitive starting pay ranges from $13 to $20 per hour, with the potential for higher earnings based on the specific job you choose. Rest assured, we offer compensation that is equal to or above industry standards.
As an independent contractor under a 1099 classification, you have the autonomy to be your own boss. You have the freedom to:
Set your own hours
Create a personalized work schedule
Decide between part-time or full-time employment
Determine the number of hours you wish to work
We provide comprehensive training to equip you for success in your chosen role.
Unlike traditional 9-to-5 jobs, where rigid schedules are the norm, we offer unparalleled flexibility.
For instance, if you're assigned to work with one of our partner's opportunity with an availability window from 8 am to 9 pm, you can:
Begin your shift at 8 am and conclude it at 10 am
Start at 2 pm and finish at 4 pm
Opt for an extended workday, clocking in at 8 am and concluding at 9 pm
This flexibility is a unique advantage of being a 1099 independent contractor, granting you the freedom to design your work life.
Please note that a background check is required for all contractors, with a $30 fee that will be reimbursed to you. While we are unable to provide equipment due to legal constraints, we can guide you on where to purchase or finance the necessary equipment.

Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls and provide top-notch customer service
Assist customers in resolving their queries and issues
Respond promptly to customer inquiries with professionalism

Qualifications:
Must be 18 years or older
Reliable internet access
Access to a laptop or desktop computer, or actively working towards obtaining one
Pass a background check
Ability to handle customer complaints with patience and a smile
Possess a positive and enthusiastic attitude
Exhibit patience and understanding towards customers
Ready and motivated to work
