Join us as a Regional Sales Trainer for the Georgia–South Carolina region, where you’ll train, mentor, and energize CSRs to deliver exceptional service and drive recurring membership sales.

Your office is the open road — traveling between sites in the Augusta, GA, metro area and surrounding locations . You’ll be hands-on , improving sales delivery, increasing customer appeal, and creating a winning team culture.
What You’ll Do:
Deliver on-site coaching & observation to CSRs and site leaders.
Lead engaging sales presentations and role-play exercises.
Onboard and train new hires on membership sales and brand standards.
Retrain and motivate underperforming teams.
Host virtual training sessions via Google Meet.
Partner with Sales & Marketing to align with promotions and campaigns.
