About the Role:
We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Virtual Freelance Hospitality Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll design and manage customized travel experiences for clients—ranging from family vacations to all-inclusive resorts European tours. You'll curated hotel stays and activity planning. Enjoy the autonomy of running your own schedule while helping others explore the world.
Key Responsibilities:
Travel Planning: Craft customized itineraries that reflect each client’s interests and travel goals.
Booking Coordination: Secure accommodations, flights, transportation, and experiences with efficiency and care.
Budget Oversight: Align travel plans with client budgets, providing the best value without compromising quality.
Client Relations: Serve as a primary point of contact, delivering prompt and professional assistance before, during, and after travel.
Industry Awareness: Continuously monitor destination trends, travel advisories, and new experiences to provide up-to-date recommendations.
Client Outreach: Promote exclusive offers and generate new leads through effective digital engagement strategies.
Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven ability to manage time and priorities in a self-directed environment.
Keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Familiarity with global travel destinations and current hospitality trends is a plus.
Comfortable working independently with minimal oversight.
