Employees may also be eligible for Shift Premium. **Requirements** + High school diploma or equivalent preferred + 1 to 2 years or more in working in a fast-paced environment preferred + 0 to 1 year in Carpentry, Manufacturing Environment preferred + Ability to comprehend basic math + Must be able to lift and move up to 75 lbs + Ability to operate power tools in a safe manner + Ability to follow inspecting process + Able to work at a steady, fast pace **Important Note:** Some positions require additional screening that may include employment and education verification; motor vehicle records check and a road test; and/or badging or background requirements of the customer to which you are assigned. **Responsibilities** + Load material on and off skids, pallets, and stands + Identifies, examines, accepts, rejects and disposes of material used in construction and repair of pallets + Uses basic processes of inspection/examination procedures for material + Operate tools and equipment in performance of work assignments + Prepare labels as required + Performs other duties as assigned _Ryder is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and Drug Free workplace.
